QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DowAksa, an international indirect joint venture between the Dow Chemical Company and Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş., established in 2012, is providing and selling high quality carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced advanced composite solutions by applying science, world class manufacturing capabilities and technical knowledge, to the industrial clients.
DowAksa is selling to diversified industrial market areas.
End users are;
Wind Energy
Pressurised Vessels
Infrastructure
Automotive
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Engineering such as; Chemical, Mechanical, Material Science or similar fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experince in composite materials with thermoset resins
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge MS Office applications, and preferably has experiance on Oracle ERP,
• Residing or to be residing in Yalova, Izmit or Istanbul Anatolian Side
• Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad.
• Expertise in composite mechanical and composite thermal testing is a plus
• Expertise in statistical process analysis is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes and develop plans to improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing
• Define the physical conditions for the formation of technical conditions that will ensure the high performance of the material or related process at every stage of the production process
• Clarify the causes of errors that occur outside of control in these processes with versatile characterization methods and to inform the relevant units and responsibles about the precautions to be taken and the methods to be applied
• Perform the necessary research and investigations on customer complaints, finds solutions and ensures that the complaints do not recur.
• Support Operations by problem solving process issues in day-to-day production
• Work closely with Operations to implement your solutions in operational practice
• Plan, carry out and supervise process experiments and trials
• Use statistical data analysis and sound experimental methods to optimize the output of the process
