PMO Manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, an advanced degree would be an asset

· 5+ years of relevant business experience

· Enthusiastic Project Manager, ideally in both, Financial Services and in a global matrix-organization

· Profound knowledge in both, financial and technical/IT aspects of projects

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international interaction

· Strong negotiation skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Fluency in English (both, oral and written)

· Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset

· Process Management experience is an asset

Job Description:

· Support the prioritization of projects/products according to the company’s strategy and resources

· Coordinate all projects/products of the company’s respective portfolio

· Manage the company’s projects/product database

· Apply agile and scrum principles to support cross-functional teams delivering value to the organization

· Provide guidance to the innovation and idea generation within the company

· Intense cooperation with all departments, primarily IT

· Create project/product portfolio transparency for the company’s Leadership Team
