QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Preventive Maintenance Engineer" to work in our company located in Konya.
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer department of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Planned Maintenance,
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs well,
- Knowledge of Autocad program,
- Strong, careful, disciplined and meticulous work in relationship management,
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills,
- Analytical thinking, solution and result oriented,
- Fluent in English,
- Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
- No travel restrictions.
Job Description :
- To prepare the Machine Registry Identity Cards of the new equipment commissioned and to create the registration files together with the relevant technical documents, to process the changes and to enter the information into the planned maintenance program,
- Taking and filing the label values of the changed or newly assembled machinery,
- Working on the accuracy of the factory flow charts, rearranging them if necessary,
- Notifying the Machinery Maintenance Unit in cases requiring emergency intervention,
- Reporting the reliability factor of the units, the number of stoppages, root cause analysis of the malfunctions to the Machinery Maintenance Manager on a monthly basis.
