SERVICE ENGINEER

We are looking for two new colleagues to be a part of our Aftersales Services Team located in Konya.
Your role:
- Installation and commissioning of Laser, Punch & Bending machines
- Provide troubleshooting and repair services to customers
- Periodical maintenance of machines
- Onsite training to customers for operation and/or maintenance of machines
- Submit organized and helpful service reports for each repair mission
- Receive factory product trainings and technical service knowledge as needed
- Build relationships with customers in all functions at all levels and assure effective delivery of services
- Work carefully with in-house engineers for technical assistance and provide them with diagnostic feedback
- Fully adept at reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and theory of operation manuals
- Perform additional tasks as required
Your profile:
- Technical school in engineering principles
- Experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics is helpful
- Good command of English and/or German both written and oral
- Well-mannered, able to work with all different types of customers
- Open, clear and efficient communication, convincing and positive attitude
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times
- Well-developed organization and time management skills, prioritize between conflicting demands
- Being a good team player with good communication skills
- Valid driving license and ability to drive
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 kg
