The Process and Capacity Manager is responsible for the day-to-day overall management of the ITIL processes, ensuring that all process activities are being performed and that they are staffed adequately, ensuring services and infrastructure are able to deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner. He considers all resources required to deliver the service, and plans for short, medium and long term business requirements.


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.
  • 7+ years' of experience as Process and Capacity Managermanaging
  • Positive relationship management skills with partners and senior management, colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to communicate optimally and influence at all levels of the organization

  • ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation certified

  • Excellent Skills in Analysis, Reporting and Presentation to be provided to users and technical groups

  • Should be an Individual contributor and a great teammate


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements based on ITIL best practices
  • Act as focal point for ITIL processes, communicate with internal teams, and management
  • Notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed
  • Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed, documenting processes as requested
  • Holds periodic capacity management meetings with representatives from the teams. Knows what the hardware and software needs of each teams are.
  • Discusses new project demands with PMO, determines projects with capacitive impact and shares them with ASY managers
  • Before the budget period, they gather information from the relevant departments about the need for capacity increase.
  • Gets information about the new projects and targets of the business units that have an impact on the capacity by meeting with the relevant POs before the budget period.
  • Creates monthly capacity reports.
  • Ensures that there is sufficient capacity to meet service level targets.
  • Maintains an overall understanding of current service capacity and trends
  • Works to proactively provide sufficient IT capacity
  • Produces and maintains a Capacity Plan
  • Ensures that capacity-related incidents and problems are addressed
