QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering departments,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
- Excellent statistical skills, SPC knowledge,
- TPM, Problem solving, A3, PDCA, GMP knowledge,
- Preferably minimum 2-3 years of work experience in quality control departments
- Understands abnormalities and deviations in manufacturing environment, detail oriented,
- Accurate sense of analysis and synthesis to define root causes and possible solutions,
- Based in or willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli(Our factory located in Gebze)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing and reporting on quality issues related to processes, raw materials, parts, assemblies, methods, environment and or systems,
- Implementing statistical process control methodology in production lines,
- Initiating root cause analysis and following-up action plans,
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes,
- Identifying areas that need process control optimization,
- Recommending suitable process control technologies and automation solutions
- Leading FMEA & risk analysis studies,
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators related to QC processes,
- Preparing QC training materials and giving proper trainings,
- Supporting Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives,
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to improve process&product quality,
- Actively participating in change management activities,
- Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in process control engineering
