QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a good Process Development & Digitalization Specialist who will work in Ground Operation SunExpress Antalya Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably Airline Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analysis /synthesis capabilities,
  • Strong administration skills and experience,
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Intermediate Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) skills.
  • Familiarity with QlikSense and VBA is a plus.
  • Ability to write, structure and present effective process documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs),
  • Familiarity with passenger, ramp, and aircraft handling operational procedures, manuals, other supplementary publications of airline companies.
  • Having a residency or being able to move to Antalya.

Responsibilities:

  • According to the business needs of new products and services; creates operational processes, reports, training, and ensures that the operation is carried out in a healthy way.
  • Monitors the performances of existing operational processes, determines, projects and finalizes the improvements that will enable them to be carried out more operationally.
  • Monitors the results of the process configuration and improvement studies implemented and measures the improvement effect.
  • Takes the necessary actions in line with the measurement results and generates an alarm when needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality, establishing and managing standards.

  • If there is outsourcing, it is responsible for determining the relevant KPIs and monitoring the KPI and productivity. (with outsourcing management)
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction score.
  • Identifies, monitors and provides reporting needs.
  • Initiates, participates and evaluates the results in order to improve and develop the processes under its responsibility.
  • Prepares training documents related to changes in processes and shares them with relevant parties.
  • Provides updating of information sources about new processes/applications, informs operations, and answers/answers questions raised during implementation.
  • Identifies the improvement areas in the systems, makes the necessary improvements and follows them.
  • Ensures that processes and positions are documented within the scope of the Quality Management System and that the documentation is up to date.
  • Monitors the operation regularly and informs and monitors the relevant units in case of alarms.
