QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Activity management for quality improvement, cost reduction, process development in relation with welding process technologies
- Know-How and competence development in the field of production
- Understanding for critical processes, evaluation of machine capabilities, analysis with the required q-check methods
- Performing and Supporting I4.0 Projects (e.g. Traceability, Preventive Q, etc.)
- Tracking the trends in welding processes and perform necessary actions in the responsible areas
Qualifications
- Bahcelor's degree from Engineering departments
- More than 3-year technical experience in Automotive sector in the field of welding (Laser, resistance,..)
- Experience with Quality Methods
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Result and solution orientation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to working within cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage complexity
- Advanced English knowledge (German is asset)
