QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to adapt to the growing business strategies at Copreci Turkey GEBZE facilities, we are looking for teammates to work with our Engeneering team.
· Mechanical ,mechatronic etc. engineering background,
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
· Preferably minimum 2-3 year experience in related field,
· Autocad ,Solidworks and Ms Office knowledge,
· No military obligation for male candidates,
· Gebze or Darıca resident,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Search and adopt new process into production area for new product, quality and efficiency improvement,
· Define plan, coordinate and follow up new process,
· Be able to make a mechanical design with Solidworks and manage layouts by Autocad,
· Analysis of process flow in production area, defining root causes of problems , creation of robust solitions for perfect execution,
. Carrying out Fmea studies ,determine/re-determine the cycle time of production operations through on-site confirmation
. Making annual improvement plans and managing the plans in accordance with the relevant procedures. Guaranteeing continuous improvement.
. Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics, keep communication at high level with production and quality department.
. Negotiate with the sub-suppliers and/or other departments,
