QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Autoliv is the world leader in the production of automotive safety systems. We produce and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels with 1450 highly competitive employees. If you want to be a team member in our company and have the required background, please apply to this position;
- Holding minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Industrial Engineering
- Two to four years of process experience in a manufacturing area; preferably at Durable Goods or Automotive Industry;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) within global organization and strong presentation skills with strong analytical and technical problem solving ability.
- Knowledge of Times & Methods Analysis and Lean Production Process is a must
- Knowledge of automation systems ( PLC, Servo drives,HMI, Hydraulic, Pneumatic )
- Knowledge of TPM applications
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Good command of MS Office applications;
- No military obligation for male candidates;
- Living in Gebze; Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate close area
- Determine methods of improvements with tools like 5S, Lean Tools, Six Sigma, Visual Management, Kanban and Visual Board.
- Maintain Key KPI’s, to ensure effective management and measures for success.
- Identify bottlenecks, document and create management tool to manage bottlenecks.
- Undertake high-level process and business concept investigations to identify and understand process improvement or overall business opportunities.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute process improvement projects which result in increased uptime, efficiency improvements, or a reduction in operational risk.
