  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Engineering departments of universities,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience,
  • Ability to use MS Office Programs,
  • Good command of English,

  • Open to change & development and good relationship management,
  • Open to research & learning new technologies and methodologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking part in the formation of company strategy and focus areas, determining strategic goals and criteria, monitoring and encouraging the reduction of these plans to functions and individuals,
  • Observing and following up the connection of company strategies with the company vision, monitoring the compliance of the decisions taken in the company with the strategic goals and projects,
  • Presenting world trends, competitor and customer analysis in within the company,
  • Supporting the management of company strategies by planning strategy meetings, structuring the change agenda and strategy maps,
  • Taking an active role and coordinate in the inclusion in project and process development studies of teams.
