Strong written, verbal communication skills in English,

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Execution of the company’s SBC OTT processes following the procedures and business flows,
To prepare process maps, project plans, workflow charts and all other related documents,
To monitor and report process improvement and development projects,
To determine the effect of process improvement activities on customer experience maps and to carry out the necessary studies with the relevant team member,
To carry out analysis that increase efficiency and reduce costs,
To carry out project analysis on digital transformation and to take part in the digitalization steps,
To check the compliance of business operations with the procedures and standards of the institution,
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the processes,
To ensure coordination between departments and to manage projects,
Performing root analysis and making action plans to be corrected when necessary,
Creating analysis and activity reports and presenting them to senior management,
To provide written and oral reports periodically about the work of the team,
Preparing its budget with its justifications every year and submitting it to the upper unit,
To ensure that the activities in the field of duty and responsibility are carried out following the definitions and instructions of the existing internal control system,
To be able to use the necessary tools and equipment for the realization of activities,
To have the necessary decision-making and problem-solving qualities to carry out its activities in the best possible way,
