QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Team Manager who will be a part of the Turkey Market Research Project Management Team.

As Project Management Team Manager, you will have following key accountabilities:

  • Is being a key member of the local Market Research Operations management team, and as such supports operational strategy by taking the lead on strategic initiatives aimed at developing the services local Operations offer the Sales/Client Solutions teams

  • Directs and oversees all bidding and project management carried out by the local Market Research Project Management organizational unit

  • Provides technical and operational consultancy to the Sales and Client Solutions teams

  • Ensures bids and projects are managed professionally and with attention to budget, timing, consultation, and quality. Implements and follows Market Research Project Management standard procedures and processes

  • Ensures that projects and tasks are set up in time and according to cost budgets. Manages the financial performance of the local Market Research Project Management unit

  • Responsible for the overall organization, coordination and management of projects that focus on the implementation of standardized and optimized processes.

  • Developing relationships with the Sales and Client Solutions teams and, where required, external clients

  • Creating connection and managing the communication across sales/solutions and the operations team (local and/or Global Service Centers)

  • Ensures professional workload management and monitors workload as well as optimizes staff utilization

  • Provides leadership to direct team to ensure the correct skills and culture exist within the organizational unit

  • Overall responsible for people development/career progression within the Market Research Project Management unit


Now that we've introduced you to the position as Project Management Team Manager, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?

  • Bachelor´s/ Master´s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience

  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Market Research / Operations departments

  • Having an analytical approach and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills

  • Advanced in Project Management

  • Advanced knowledge of the Data Collection process & understanding in detail of implementing various data collection methods

  • Advanced knowledge in Questionnaire and Research design and in Proposal Development

  • Advanced knowledge in Quality checks and control

  • Advanced use of MS Office

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, business Fluent in English

  • Living in Istanbul
