QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is one of the leading manufacturers of innovative products and solutions at consumer goods with a broad range of customers both local and global. They carry out its activities at the campus located on the European side of İstanbul. With a strong portfolio, they are growing intending to be a local solution partner for global companies with offices and investments in different geographies.

Business Excellence Manager being the backbone of the company, you will have the opportunity to understand and participate in the business processes, think strategically to see the big picture, get involved in the development and improvement of strategies and operations.

You will work closely with the CEO and departments and be a part of the team in the company that requires close partnership.


As a Business Excellence Manager:

  • You will develop and initiate projects which in turn will fully support business goals and strategies.
  • You will communicate with all the departments providing strategic and operational counsel to increase the organizational effectiveness.
  • Via strategic approach and methodological planning you will put forward the effective work streams and business processes.
  • You will continuously enhance market knowledge to improve the long-term value of the company
  • You will create effective presentations to communicate analysis and findings to management
  • You will help to shape strategic decisions, business plans working with cross-functional teams
  • You will help driving the operational performance of the functions to accomplish the definition, measurement, and tracking of the strategic and operational initiatives.
  • You will discover the areas within the business to drive performance improvements to optimize business processes.
  • You will measure and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing projects.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduate of a reputable university (Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Management).
  • Minimum 10 years full-time work experience covering a role of strategy and business processes development.
  • Strong team leader working with close cooperation with all the stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic initiatives from framing the problem, analyzing to building plans, and support execution
  • Familiar with lean manufacturing environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs
  • Excellent analytical skills to work on business issues with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to express ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with executives across various functions.
  • Experience in Project management tools such as PMP, Agile Methodology, etc., would be an advantage.
