QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ATA Freight has evolved from a traditional international freight forwarder to one of the leading global providers of innovative and fully integrated supply chain solutions. We are a certified NVOCC, one of the first members of C-TPAT, as well as IATA and FIATA members.
We are now looking for a Business Process and Compliance Manager who will be reporting the General Counsel and will be responsible for the following:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, management information systems or similar technical field of study,
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of success; exposure to Logistics industry in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Effective organizational, planning and time management skills,
- Excellent communicator, ambitious and proactive,
- Able to work independently whilst contributing to the priorities of the team and the business,
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and development,
- Able to act as a brand ambassador and behave in accordance with ATA Freight Global Values,
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track,
- Assumes personal responsibility for achieving results and supports the team by taking on additional responsibilities when needed,

Job Description: - Reporting directly to General Counsel ,
- Defining all ATA countries' processes for each business unit,
- Evaluating over company business processes for each department,
- Determining and outlining business process improvements in order to enable to increase the productivity,
- Managing internal system improvement, replacement and integration projects aiming to fulfill internal customer requirements and needs,
- Measuring and analysing business process performance to increase the productivity and profitability,
- Managing external audit processes and requirements according to local and global regulations,
- Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives,
- Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed,
- Revising and updating procedures and policies,
- Performing ongoing analyses on business related compliances (TSA, C-TPAT, FMC, NVOCC and etc.),
- Managing ethics and compliances (Human Rights Policy, Code of Conduct (Child labor, Forced labor and slavery, Violation of Human Rights, Violation of export/economic/financial control laws or sanction), Violation of data and privacy protection, Anti-trust practices, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy etc.).
