Process Quality Engineer
General Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering Department,
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a production plant as a Process Quality Engineer,
· Good understanding quality tools (Design Review process, Control Plans, Product audits, QRQC, FTA, 5 Why, FMEA…etc),
· Good knowledge of technical drawing and measuring device knowledge,
· Good knowledge of problem solving techniques,
· Analytical thinking and result oriented,
· Strong computer skills knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
· Good written and oral communications skills,
· Fluent in both verbal and written English, (interviews will be held in English)
· Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed,
· Assertive, resilient and welcomes change,
· Idenfy unsafe operations and practices report to Manager immediately,
· No restriction for travel in and out of country,
· Having driving license (class B),
· No military service obligation for male candidates.
Job Definition:
· To be responsible the quality follow-up of the start of new production,
· After start of production, the Quality Engineer is in charge for the follow-up of all technical issues,
· In case of quality incidents on the line, will be in charge of checking the problem and assisting the line in establishing an action plan,
· To be responsible for quality processes in all productions operations,
· Internal expert for Problem Solving Methods Training and Coaching,
· Accomplishment of daily, weekly and monthly reports,
· Following up non-conforming product management,
· Knowledge of finding root cause/corrective and preventive actions (8D , fish bone),
· Controlling daily, weekly and monthly customer problems and reject analysis
· Keeping under control of requested documents in related folder,
· Attending and giving training which approved by QA management,
· To apply the system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, internal and third party audits.
