OBJECTIVE
This position will support the Procurement Operations in Turkey location, focusing in Purchase Planning, Stock and Delivery Management for maintenance spare parts
- Planning, managing, restocking indirect material items, ensuring the supply of the factories and a good level of stock
- Assess the consumption behavior of the factories and prepare a supply plan
- Contribute to the development of performance indicators
- Ensure the correct items database
- Understanding of the entire value chain and relevant risk policies in each business
- Use methodologies to solve problems and expand results
- With Inventory Management, it will reduce the financial value of the inventory, improving the company's cash flow
- Reduce the production stop due to Stock Unavailable
- Reduce the stock lost due to expired (unused) material, affecting directly the company’s P&L
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas and comprehensive training and/or advanced specialist certificate and / or license
- Proficiency level of English is required
- Min 1-4 years of experience is required
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Able to work and effectively communicate with all parties
- High degree of motivation, strong academic background
- Ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations
- Good team player & problem solver
- Proactive
- Desirable knowledge in SAP ECC; Office package - Intermediate
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
