OBJECTIVE

This position will support the Procurement Operations in Turkey location, focusing in Purchase Planning, Stock and Delivery Management for maintenance spare parts

  • Planning, managing, restocking indirect material items, ensuring the supply of the factories and a good level of stock
  • Assess the consumption behavior of the factories and prepare a supply plan
  • Contribute to the development of performance indicators
  • Ensure the correct items database
  • Understanding of the entire value chain and relevant risk policies in each business
  • Use methodologies to solve problems and expand results
  • With Inventory Management, it will reduce the financial value of the inventory, improving the company's cash flow
  • Reduce the production stop due to Stock Unavailable
  • Reduce the stock lost due to expired (unused) material, affecting directly the company’s P&L

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas and comprehensive training and/or advanced specialist certificate and / or license
  • Proficiency level of English is required
  • Min 1-4 years of experience is required
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Able to work and effectively communicate with all parties
  • High degree of motivation, strong academic background
  • Ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations
  • Good team player & problem solver
  • Proactive
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP ECC; Office package - Intermediate
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
