GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong academic background (preferably degree in Engineering)
· Minimum 3-4 years of procurement experience,
· Experience in wind power plant projects is strongly preferred,
· Experience in contract preparation, administration and negotiation processes is a must,
· Highly organized with a sense of prioritization,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
· Process-oriented mindset and result oriented,
· Ability to work in agile environment,
· Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player,
· Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English,
· Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 applications and SAP R/3 MM,
· No restrictions to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
· The main purpose of Procurement (Investments) function is to procure all requirements in due time, at affordable prices and desired quality by managing all commercial issues, tender and contract processes regarding wind power plant investments.
· Analyzing demand, market and suppliers to create a basis for deciding on the optimum procurement strategy.
· Moreover, the main functions of the position are;
o Tender management (sealed tenders mostly),
o Contract administration (especially in commercial aspects),
o Supplier relations and management (global scaled suppliers),
o Management of all commercial processes related to projects such as payments, invoicing, bonds, claims etc.
o Management of procurement processes for all purchase requests arising within the scope of wind power plant projects,
o Working closely with project management team and site team.
