JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for Technical, Service and Logistics purchasing from both local and overseas markets
• Responsible for selection of strategic suppliers & subcontractors, market research, risk analysis and negotiations,
• Making supplier & subcontractor performance evaluations, and carry out potential alternative studies that are likely to work in the future,
• Managing supplier & subcontractor relations and conducting improvement and development studies,
• To ensure the supplied the materials & services are in desired quality & quantity, at the optimum time and price
• Following the Import and Logistics processes of materials purchased from overseas suppliers,
• To manage the purchasing process working along with Commercial & Finance departments
• To follow the developments in the purchasing market & report,
• Ensuring the correct entry of waybills and invoices, making their controls.
• To work with PM and plan the procurement needs for the future projects
• Recording all orders over and regularly querying backward orders, ensuring that the system works with correct data.
• To follow up the procurement budget by following the Project expenditures and report regularly to PM’s
• Ensuring materials purchased from domestic and foreign suppliers are delivered on time
• Conducting research for the development of the supplier portfolio,
• Supporting cost reduction and efficiency for projects
• Preparing monthly and annual Purchasing reports and submitting these to the department leader
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
• Advanced negotiation skills, strong analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Shows good judgment and instincts in decision making
• Developed problem solving & teamwork skills,
• Cross discipline and cross-cultural communication experience
•Good command of English, both written and spoken.
•Ambitious and target-oriented personality
•Good at time and stress managements
•Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
•Ability to follow the procedures & system documentation
•Advanced in MS Office applications,
•Experienced in planning and organization,
•Dynamic, creative and systematic thinking,
•At least 8 years of purchasing experience,
•Completed military service for male candidates.
