QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for "Group Procurement Manager ( Food & Beverage Category )" for Atlas Sea Group companies in maritime & logistics sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage production requests from producer to customer .
- Establishing and implementing procurement strategies and objectives.
- Managing localization and alternative purchase projects.
- Managing and developing the supplier pool.
- Contributing directly to the company profit and loss with value creation projects.
- Evaluating the suppliers and making necessary improvements within the scope of supplier evaluation system.
- Creating savings in purchasing costs by increasing procurement efficiency and managing the savings program throughout the company.
- Being most cost effective company in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or plus from related fields.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience within a procurement related environment.
- Proven leadership skills, team management experience to supervise teammates and senior management.
- Maritime & retail is plus. Preferably food caterogy experience.
- Food category or technical category experience is necessary.
- Experience in managing complex projects to meet demand needs, cost targets, quality and delivery plan.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Located in Istanbul (Preferably in European Side)
