GREEN Chemicals® A.Ş. is now hiring a "PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST" for it's supply chain team.
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduated from Chemical Engineering/Chemistry departments of universities
- 2-5 years of previous experience is required
- Advanced level of English
- Experience with SAP is a must
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs
- No travel restrictions
- For male candidates military service should be completed
- Class B driver's license
Job Description:
- Ensuring items or services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions, seeking maximum value for the company including agreed time and cost.
- Ensuring quality of services provided and contributes to improvement and knowledge management of purchasing processes
- Being responsible for Purchase Order (PO) processing
- Defining correct buying channel for each request, chooses the best supplier in term of price, quality and lead time
- Obtaining quotations, evaluate options, and conduct spot buys
- Ensuring that a PO is created correctly, follows up any issues related to PO creatio
- Preparing monthly closing reports, escalation reports and other reports and presentations upon management requests
