Minimum 3 Years Experience in Third Party Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing Operations (Preferably in Procurement),
Proficient in using MS Office applications and SAP,
Good command of English both written and spoken,
Great teamwork skills,
Good problem-solving skills and being result-oriented approach,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Investigate, identify, manage and initiate new brand/product opportunities across the responsible categories,
Manage, plan, execute and monitor the product development and portfolio management process with all internal and external stakeholders,
Manage all legal contracts, royalty payments and tender allocations in order to deliver innovation and product renovation with the aim of increased profitability,
Maximize profitability through effective price and margin negotiations with suppliers,
Ensure on-time, in full, and in budget purchasing via an effective supplier relationships,
Enrich and update supplier portfolio via market analysis and benchmark,
Implement supplier performance management in terms of quality, delivery, cost, service development and continuously improve supply base,
Ensure proper management of the NPD purchase process so that targeted initiative timings are reached,
Ensuring supplier and (sample) material approval processes are timely executed,
Select and qualify suppliers based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) incorporating customer needs, organizational goals, and market conditions,
Keeping up to date with current markets, influences, and opportunities.
