QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will;
- Follow up commodity prices/upstream, develop packaging category strategy in line with Global Strategies and contribute strategic development
- Ensure continious supply of required goods and materials. Communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
- Prepare and conduct tactical negotiations for own category
- Challenge cost models of the suppliers through benchmarking and external analysis to find out savings opportunities & new cost models
- Be responsible for evaluating, assessing and selecting supplier based on clear selection criteria and ensure its performance is aligned with established specifications
- Evaluate and recommend new/alternative suppliers considering BCP plan
- Monitor & update budget departments regarding price fluctuations of goods, vendor pricing and lead future price
- Calculate & track productivity saving results to make sure productivity is accurately measured
- Provide assistance, cover and support for Procurement Manager and other team members
- Work within cross-functional department to support companies innovation pipeline with supplier support
- Implement contracting policy principles, rules and negotiating contracts or clauses based on templates provided by legal
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration or Engineering)
- Min. 5 years experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of local & international trade rules and regulations
- Analytical thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Ability to take responsibility
- Interpersonal skills & outgoing personality
