QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Have at least 5-7 years of property procurement experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in technical procurement program within similar large organization.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing and procurement retail store fit outs.
  • Knowledge of retail store equipment, furniture, and HVAC systems.
  • Analytical skills using M.S. Excel.
  • Effective written and oral English.
  • Drafting and conducting tenders.
  • Assessing new supplier capabilities.
  • Sourcing and developing local and international suppliers.
  • Military obligation completed for male candidates.
  • No restrictions to travel.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with Property Procurement Manager to achieve the objectives of the procurement within Property Project Management department.
  • Lead and manage procurement, purchasing operations and process of Projects. (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment)
  • Manage the Tender Process, analyse the quotations and follow the approval process according to the company policies.
  • Work closely with Property Procurement Manager to regularly review and analyses past spend.
  • Manage the contracting process by working closely with Legal department.
  • Analyze the forecasted spend and identify opportunities within high spending brands and/or categories in line with department overall objectives.
  • Discover cost effective and dependable suppliers locally and/or internationally with focus on cost, minimum order quantity, lead time, quality, and reliability.
  • Search market for alternative Project and Design materials to localization and save cost.
  • Establish a trustful working relationship with all the stakeholders.
  • Help property project management and finance team in dealing with supply and supplier related issues.
