QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Indirect Procurement Executive" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
In this role you will:
- Support 3 BU (EDP&SN&Waters) in common goals for indirect spends, topline category
- Manage supplier relationship, providing equal opportunity, proper selection, evaluation and feedback inline with local & global business strategies
- Experienced in Marketing, Media, Consultancy and Services purchases, such as *media-new media and digital agencies, market research (S&I), MICE, below the line purchases like printed paper and materials, promotional items, HR and Legal services etc. including the tail spend
- Knowledge of Turkish law and contractual terms, supplier contracts tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of finance, able to prepare and assess business case and feasibility
- Tracking total cost of ownership (Create productivity plans/cost efficiencies and opportunities for 3 BUs)
- Support key compliance metrics (SAP related PO supporting doc.s, GR & proof of delivery, process, company essentials, internal control and OHS rules)
- Perfect PO & P2P KPIs follow up
- Manage and improve digitalization projects (online T&A, e-procurement tools enhancement, e-tendering and catalogue buying etc.)
- Manage team of 1, regularly assess & develop team's capabilities (hard & soft skills)
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in pharma or FMCG sector
- Have analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS tools and SAP
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Experience in e-procurement tools
