So, what responsibilities does the Procurement Specialist – Spare Parts take on at Otokoç Automotive?
- Establishment of Ford spare parts purchasing processes
- Creating purchasing process analyzes
- Making order and supplier tracking
- Placing purchase order
- Evaluation, research, determination, and commissioning of suggestions regarding alternative and new supply sources
- Controlling of stock level quantities
- Identifying the missing products and sending them to the purchasing manager for approval
- Maintaining price research
What are the Required Qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Having knowledge about spare parts purchasing processes
- Strong proficiency and excellent command in MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Being able to use spare parts dealer screens
- Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and negotiation skills
