So, what responsibilities does the Procurement Specialist – Spare Parts take on at Otokoç Automotive?

  • Establishment of Ford spare parts purchasing processes
  • Creating purchasing process analyzes
  • Making order and supplier tracking
  • Placing purchase order
  • Evaluation, research, determination, and commissioning of suggestions regarding alternative and new supply sources
  • Controlling of stock level quantities
  • Identifying the missing products and sending them to the purchasing manager for approval
  • Maintaining price research

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Having knowledge about spare parts purchasing processes
  • Strong proficiency and excellent command in MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Being able to use spare parts dealer screens
  • Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
