QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Product Design Coordinator” for our multinational client.
The role is a passionate connector focused on the operational success of both the design & engineering teams and projects that support those teams.
Functions:
- To be responsible for pricing strategy and designing,
- To lead all the activities of the designing team,
- To follow and report KPIs to Product Engineering Manager,
- To manage strategic initiatives for different projects that improve design/production efficiency and impact.
- To improve the team capabilities through his own experience,
Qualifications:
- Educational background in relevant field(Mechanical / Design Engineering),
- Experience working with product design teams from road mapping through delivery,
- Min. 3+ years of experience leading similar teams,
- Expert in Solid Edge or similar 3D CAD programs,
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality,
- Strong planning and organisational skills,
- Good leadership skills and goal oriented,
- Availability to travel abroad if necessary,
- Advanced level of English is a must.
- Knowledge of other languages (such as Spanish and French) would be an advantage.
