We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our team in Altınova – Yalova (at our plant) in the following position: Product Developer

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
- University Degree in Food Engineering,
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in food production in a multinational company,
- Well developed practical skills of product development / food technology application,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Excellent communication and organization skills,
- Good presentation skills,
- Good interpersonel skills, positive, self motivated, team oriented, proactive, dynamic, creative
- Good knowledge of the market of food ingredients.
- Strongly developed analytical, organizational and time management competencies,
- Open minded attitude
- Having driving license and no restriction for travelling,
- Residing in Karamürsel, Altınova, Yalova, Gölcük, Değirmendere.
Job Description:
- Develop/modify/optimize/improve recipes of fruit preparations,
- Define key properties of the new raw materials and other ingredients, conduct lab testing of samples and participate in the selection of new raw materials and other ingredients from the suppliers
- Provide recommendations to the lab technicians on cooking lab samples,,
- Improve production recipes, monitor production trials
- Prepare product presentations for the customers ,
- Participate in the preparation of innovation days for the customers,
- Cooperate with internal and external partners (customers, suppliers) with regards to the technical, technological, ingredients issues within the area of responsibility,
- Screen food market for new fruit processing technologies, consumer behavior trends, new ingredients, regulatory actions and innovation ideas and provide appropriate recommendations to the Superior,
- Ensures proper documentation flow in the area of delegation.
