- A minimum of 4 years university degree (textile/industrial/chemical engineering or business administration is preferable),
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English,
- Strong communication and analysis skills
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, being pro-active and fast for all the proceses
- Well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
- Strong analyzing and problem solving skill,
- Be fast and tidy in details,
- Have strong sense of quality and fashion.,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ability to understand customer needs and transfer it to commercial design concepts,
- Ability to source the fabric and accessories according to the customer needs and trends.
- Follow up the designs & developments with price negotiations,
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and ability to use this to its full potential
- Providing the correct information flow to the production department
