QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduate from Engineering departments or relevant degree,
- Experience in manufacturing of stamping dies at least 3 years,
- Experience in sheet metal forming simulations with AUTOFORM and some working knowledge of CATIA V5,
- Strong MS Office skills,
- Fluent in English,
- Being eligible to travel abroad,
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define stamping processes taking into account the most appropriate production lines, piece cost and tool cost implication in quote stage,
- Carry out the stamping feasibility period with customer and provide feedback to customer in order to eliminate feasibility issues,
- Support the die engineering team members to define most appropriate stamping process of the panel which will be produced in serial production lines,
- Support the toolmakers during the home line commissioning of the stamping dies in terms of simulation results.
