/Drive and manage product life cycle activities for the assigned global and regional products, develop products line strategy, initiate platform and evolution projects with team
/ Manage PLM team and guide in product development projects as product owner for the entire process and steer product phase-in/phase-out, sustainability, complexity, and new products introduction as the first point of contact for Business Unit “Idea to Offer”
/ Ensure market conformity, competitiveness, and norm compliance of products and investigate future opportunities
/ Active cooperation and communication with global/regional functions and ensure stakeholder management
/ Leading Regional OM Cooking- PLM team ( 5 HCs)
Your Profile
/University degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical,Industrial, etc.). MBA or MSc inBusiness Administration or comparable is an additional asset
/Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/Basic understanding of product cost structure /cost value engineering
/Overall understanding and experience of the entire value chain E2E within operations( production, engineering, product development, quality, supply chain ) is an asset
/Capability/Ability to understand and transfer customer needs into technical solutions
