/Leading expert of coordinating product innovation roadmap in close collaboration with the global OCL team
/Support orchestration of global cooling product roadmap in the development centers in Turkey and India
/Actively steer the execution of global cooling innovation& digitalization strategy inTurkey and India
/Leading expert of OCL –EM in conducting innovation pitch days and other related initiatives to enable a consumer-centric innovation culture
/Scouting for start-ups and university collaborations to speed up innovation and digitalization road maps
Your Profile
/University degree in engineering (Mechanical,Electrical,Electronical,Industrial, etc.). MSc. inbusinessadministration orcomparable departments is anasset
/Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, strong personal initiative, capability to moderate cross-functional teams, high self-motivation, and structured way of working
/Understanding of and interest in complex technical products
