We are looking for a Product Manager
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Product Manager to be the part of a diverse, agile and high performing team, who gets things done! With the ambition of placing our products at the world’s top hotels and restaurants, this role is all about owning our products, working with cross-functional teams - Design, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to make every collection launch, a success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Min 3 years of related work experience, preferably in furniture industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organization, planning, and coordination skills
- Leadership to orchestrate both internal and external teams.
- Understanding of design and manufacturing backed with commercial acumen
- Team work, strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- End to end product life cycle management and product ownership
- Understand and define the target customers’ needs
- Identify missing products or product groups in the collection
- Conduct pricing, feasibility and competitive analysis
- Prepare the design brief for missing and/or new products
- Manage the relations with external designers and collobrations
- Coordinate all product launches in the Collection Business
- Forecast the product sales and inform all parties accordingly
- Take actions/run campaigns to increase sales for specific products
- Kill irrelevant or low performing products
- Decide on product variants, while balancing the commercial needs and manufacturing capabilities
