QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Identification

  • Responsible from design and execution of instore & shopper marketing activities within marketing mix, aligned with the brand(s) strategy
  • Acts as a direct partner of brand teams, while understanding the needs of the brands and related strategies, and evaluating those from shopper and client perspectives in order to utilize the campaigns
  • Leading relationship with key customers, identifies the special needs and opportunities of the clients through regular performance analysis and field visits with close follow-up of the brand/channel/regional performance
  • Acts as a key point of contact between brand, sales and supply chain departments to ensure timely execution of projects & product launches
  • Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters
  • Develops strong partnerships with external agencies and insight team to bring projects which delivers our shoppers’ needs
  • Analyzes business performance, prepare ad-hoc reports and studies (including market analysis, ROI analysis, forecasting…)
  • Leverages consumer insights to identify new sources of profitable growth
  • Proactively identifies issues and provide recommendations as appropriate
  • Contributes to the creation of long and short term strategical business plan
  • Delivers results, creating value for our system, our customers, and key stakeholders

Mission Statement

  • BS/BA degree in a business related function
  • 3-5 years of total business experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand, shopper or trade marketing
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Commercial and financial awareness
  • Creative thinking that leads to innovation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Result orientation and decision making skills
  • Resilience; flexibility and adaptation capability
  • Experience of people management is a plus
