QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Brisa has been leader with Precure tyre retreading with its Bandag brand. Bandag offers comprehensive retread and tyre maintenance solutions with 18 Franchise Dealers capable of retreading truck, bus, industrial and earthmover tyres. Bandag is one and only franchise system who retreads over 100.000 tyres in Turkey annually.
- University degree from Business Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Departments, MBA degree is an asset,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Min 5 years of experience Project/Product Management, experience in Sales is an asset,
- Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
- Proactivity and negotiation skill,
- Competent in teamwork,
- Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
- Enthusiasm for learning.
He / she will work in our Bandag Department and responsibilities will be:
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies for retreading products in coordination with Bridgestone Europe Product team and Technical Center,
- Training and coaching of the sales teams of Brisa and its Dealers for best use of retread in commercial tyres,
- Follow up Dealer Franchise Processes,
- Visiting field, Dealers and fleets regularly.
