Listed on the BIST-30 index, OYAK Mining and Metallurgy is the largest industrial asset in Turkey consisting of seven companies operating in the fields of flat and long steel production, steel service center, mining, engineering and project management.
We are looking for a “Product Specialist” to join our dynamic and agile Product Management Team in Ataşehir, İstanbul.

· Bachelor’s degree from engineering faculties preferably in Metallurgy and Materials, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering,

· At least 2 years of experience in related positions,

· Advanced levels of English,

· Advanced levels of MS Office programs,

· Advanced communication skills,

· Advanced teamwork skills,

· Analytical and structured thinker,

· Results-oriented, researcher, learning and development,

· Have no restriction to travel,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

· Providing connection between sales team, customers and the factory,

· Making market analysis and understand needs of the market in steel sector (mainly flat products),

· Taking an active role to improve process in factories to achieve competitive and profitable products portfolio in the market.

· Managing customer request/product range to enable utilization of production line’s optimum capaticy.

· Coordinating product activities by supporting product development efforts and profitability-enhancing activities in line with the vision of the company's strategy.

· Being able to respond quickly to customer requests by working in coordination with sales, quality and production teams,

· Taking an active role to increasing customer satisfaction.
