QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking "Product Management Specialist" for our company which has located atTuzla.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree preferably in Metallurgical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering,
- Experience preferably in Production, R&D, Application Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Planning, or Sales,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Able to use SAP,
- Residing/willing to reside in Istanbul Asia or Kocaeli
Job Description
- Follow/lead product development activities in line with customer demands,
- Ensure the trial production conditions are clear by contacting customers in new/revised product projects,
- Effectively monitor and prepare reports of trial productions, to ensure coordination with relevant departments,
- Prepare trial reports in line with the outcomes of trial production,
- Make technical/capacitive/commercial evaluations by considering new/revised product demands with a team feasibility point of view,
- Search for new product development opportunities by analyzing customer needs, visiting customers, participating in fairs, and contributing to the coordination of product development projects,
- Follow up with the processes within the defined responsibilities,
- Contribute to the work of annual budget plan,
- Share information about product management projects as an input to the S&OP process,
- Inform customers about newly developed products,
- Assist preparing product specification documentation for newly developed products,
- Make profitability and cost analyses related to the current portfolio using the Product Management dashboard & take actions to report according to the results of these analyses,
- Ensure technical/capacitive/commercial evaluations by handling the product requests with a team feasibility within the scope of Engineering Change Management.
