We are looking for 'Product Steward' who will be part of our Manufacturing Science & Technology team.
Qulifications: |
· University degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Chemistry departments,
· Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical area,
· Experience in GMP manufacturing area is an asset,
· Excellent command of verbal and written English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Statistical knowhow is an asset
· Analytical thinking, strong planning, people management, resource management and organizational skills,
· Strong interpersonal skills with customers,
· Innovative and sustainable improvement focus,
· Team working and customer oriented mindset,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description: |
-Owns the process knowledge of the product(s) assigned throughout the commercial lifecycle, maintains the oversight on process capability, through data trending and statistical analysis of critical variables, ensuring process(es) are robust, in continued state of validation and continuously improving.
-Ensures seamless flow of knowledge and information across functions, and with other Sites when applicable, with focus on the assigned product(s).
-Identify trends of product / process related deviations, complaints and rejects. Lead / support root cause investigation of process failures, initiate and lead weak point product improvement projects involving cross-functional teams.
-Design and manage operational excellence projects related to formulation and process optimizations.
-Provide subject matter expertise to perform process characterization of pharmaceutical processes to increase robustness and sustainability. Prepare and maintain product specific quality risk assessments.
-Provides second line technical / scientific process support.
