GENEL NİTELİKLER
OBJECTIVE
To support CIEX team analysis regarding the production cost. To do analysis regarding productivity, efficiency, yield and manpower, ensuring the minimum cost in the operations and the benchmarks application. To lead automatization projects in the operation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Engineers, Math, Business Administration and related areas
- English: Full professional proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production area, preferably food companies
- Knowledge in manufacturing process (food industry)
- Good understanding and application of yield, losses and rework concepts
- Good analytical overview of the manufacturing process
- Good commands in MS (word/excel)
- Good knowledge of SAP module PP
- Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
- Good communication Skills with production team and different areas
- Flexibility to work in different timing
- Living in Bandırma or Willing to Live in Bandırma
- Available to travel for the other factories
DESCRIPTION
- To monitor KPI’s results daily, checking if the systems and methodologies are applied in the proper way
- To create dashboards with the technical KPIs
- To provide detailed analysis of the main KPIs of the factories (Efficiency, Productivity, Yield, B.O.M. deviation)
- To help the team in anomaly reports preparation for the main deviations
- To seek innovations (available in the market or new solutions) with production and maintenance teams, focusing in cost reduction in the factories
- To prepare materials related to Automatization/ Efficiency projects (PDCA and VCD) together with Project Team. To follow-up the projects and to provide any necessary information during execution
- To spread the best practice between the units
