QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Production and Material Planning Manager
- Graduated from preferably Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering departments ofuniversities,Having 10 years of experience in production planning and management,
- Master warehouse management, warehousing, shipment operation processes,
- Preferably with at least 5 years of managerial experience, who likes teamwork • Have the ability to analyze and have the ability to think analytically,
- Who cares about time efficiency,
- Speaks English at a good level,
- A resident of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Gebze, Darica regions.
- To ensure that the production planning function is carried out effectively in harmony with the marketing, sales and production units,
- Preparing and following up term plans with the team that will meet customer demands in line with the company's sales goals
- Ensuring compliance with the term's plans, production is carried out on time and in the right quantity, and shipment to the customer.To follow the managerial and technological innovations related to the activities of the Department,
- Managing the SAP planning process and ensuring effective reporting
- To create work plans of the working team, to ensure coordinated and harmonious work with other units, to take care of their training and development
- To follow the raw material, semi-finished product and packaging material inputs and stock levels required for production together with the team
- To take part in the organization of monthly and annual censuses ,
- To ensure that the monthly capacity occupancy rates and workload reports of the lines are organized in accordance with the factory production capacities, to compare them with the targets, to report to the relevant units
- Evaluating alternative production plans together with production managers
