QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Industry, Electricity, Machinery, Department),

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of production,

• Experienced in production management, blue collar management and administration,

• Prone to teamwork, business discipline and organizational skills,

• Able to control and follow up production processes,

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (TS 16949),

• Having knowledge of MS Office program, reporting experience,

• Good level of spoken-written English,

• Able to perform job tracking and time management,

• Being able to produce solutions in the face of problems,

• No relation with military service for male candidates,

• High management and leadership skills,

• Having an analytical mindset, entrepreneurial, strong in human relations, highly motivated,

• Result-oriented and teamwork-oriented,

• Being able to adapt to changing conditions and open to development,

• Having a driver's license and able to drive an active vehicle

• To ensure that production is carried out in a healthy manner within the framework of existing systems and procedures,

• Making decisions about the processes by making follow-up and analysis of production-related problems,

• To be responsible for the execution of production processes in accordance with quality, productivity, occupational health, occupational safety and environmental rules,

• Leading the studies for problem solving and root cause analysis, taking improvement actions and eliminating any inconveniences that may occur.

• To create daily and weekly business plans by evaluating short and medium term workload, workforce and capacity in the production area,

• Lean manufacturing, Op.Ex. to carry out its activities,

• Leading improvement activities,

• Reporting daily, weekly and monthly performance indicators to the top manager and taking action in case of deviation in the plan

• Will take an active role in investment and new projects,

• Having used the Micro (ERP) program before, will be able to take part in the commissioning / improvement of processes related to stock and production tracking
