QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Skills
· Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs
· Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production
· Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations
· Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process
· Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
· At least 4 years of experience in flexible packaging production departments
· Experienced in technical analysis, reporting, quality control technics, raw material and lean production & management
· Advanced level in MS Office
· SAP / Axapta knowledge preferred
