QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering or similar/other relevant education
- Master degree would be considered as an advantage
- Welding experience or Welding Engineer certificate would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years experience in required qualifications
- Preferably experienced in the Automotive industry, IATF 16949 and core tools experience – SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP would be considered as an advantage
- Able to prepare weld maps and follow up on the production area
- Good Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Advanced level of English
- Highly motivated, strong team player, good communication skills with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Can reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Saray
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To identify and optimize welding parameters in manual and robotic welding processes during the commissioning of new products
- Establishing welding parameter standards of existing products
- To play an active role in the design and commissioning of mechanical designs suitable for product geometry
- To ensure that welding related tasks are carried out according to standards and customer specifications
- Identify training needs related to welding and provide necessary support
- Preparing project welding procedures and required documents
- Coordinating the EN3834-2 Applications
- Maintaining welded manufacturing applications in accordance with customer specifications and international ASME and EN standards
- Meeting customer demands for control, testing and documentation,
- To take an active role in the solution of quality complaints (to find root cause, 5M analysis and to take permanent measures, etc.)
