QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
RECTICEL Turkey is searching for a newly graduate and will be trained to become Production Engineer for Production Department to be employed in Tuzla Plant with the following qualifications
Job Description
- Ensure safety goals and targets are achieved and employees understand and work in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, corporate & plant policies, procedures, laws, regulations to ensure continuity and optimization of production
- Lead and support projects on productivity, cost improvement and digitalization
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in production planning, work processes and procedures; implement continuous improvement initiatives with the support of Production Manager
- Plan production and track daily processes
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma processes and preparation of related projects
- Support execution of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
- Maintain efficient and constructive relationships with other departments within the company
- Daily follow up and support production tasks to sustain production through lean approach
- Allocate and optimize the resources of the production lines (raw materials, consumables, equipment, expertise and people)
Qualifications
Skills and Competencies
- Preferably Mechanical Engineering qualification BSc
- Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication
- Able to work in cooperation with other departments and with a high standard
- Results orientated
- Effective communicator
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Creative
- Aware of the importance of team collaboration
- Residence in İstanbul Asia side
Technical Knowledge/Expertise
- New graduate and eager to specialize in Automotive Industry
- Keen to learn the quality standards and accreditations related to the respective markets
- Willing to learn requirement analysis, project management, manufacturing meths and procedures, process improvement, technical understanding, documentation skills.
- Preferably having knowledge about ERP/MRP systems and CAD/CAM
- Eager to learn working with flexible materials and hands-on prototyping
- Competent in MS Office Programmes especially Excel
