Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments (preferable Mechanical or Metallurgical and Material Engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management,
• Knowledge of plastic injection, metal cutting and assembly processes,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Experienced in using the SAP program QM module.
• Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as internal specifications.
• Will be able to work actively in production areas,
• Having a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
• High Prioritization/Planning skills,
• Having process orientation and good analytical and strong problem-solving skills
• Background and/or experience with Electrical systems,
• Excellent leadership, influencing, teamwork, and communication skills
• Emotionally resilient and able to drive projects effectively for excellence against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment
• Open to change, prone to teamwork,
• Male candidates who have completed their military service
Responsibilities:
• Work with Quality, production, technical, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues related to existing suppliers
• To implement quality improvements together with cross functional teams, Supervise and Support incoming quality control activities to ensure reliability of control processes (control plan, control method etc);
• Make sure the control plans and associated specification for suppliers are updated with the learnings (FMEA, Control Plan, 8D’s)
• Complete PPEP activities with suppliers during early launch.
• Working with the supplier personnel to identify the root causes of the problems and ensure that the necessary corrective actions are taken.
• Increase supplier quality awareness and drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Lead & Support Supplier in terms of quality training “problem solving methods etc” instruction & control form preparation etc.
• Inspecting and evaluating candidate companies in the selection of new suppliers, in the quality part.
• To work to improve the quality performance of supplier companies.
• On the supplier side; To take corrective actions regarding production, supply processes and customer complaints.
• To work to reduce the costs of poor quality and to prevent it.
• Supporting the quality process at the supplier's side in project studies related to new products or changes.
