QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company operates in the Automotive Industry sector; we are looking for a colleague to work as a Customer and Operational Quality Responsible
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Fluent English
- Second language (French, German) knowledge is a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality management system, preferably in automotive industry
- Knowledge of the quality standards such as IATF 16949
- Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Problem solving skills with an analytical minded approach
- Good team work and communication skills,
- No restrict for travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Maintaining test records, analyzing data, approving and reporting results in production(internal scrap analyse)
- Performing MSA studies and following corrective actions
- Ability and capacity in process improvement, production andcustomer related problem solving
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find possible solutions in serial production
- Accompanying customer audit and plant visits
- Supporting PPAP, APQP, 8D, SPC and customer portal entry related activities
- Ensure that the products meet quality requirements by participating daily production audits
- Managing immediate actions for customer and production side; sortings, clean points and customer reply
- Team management and follow-up of development for quality technicien.
