Qualifications
- University degree from Engineering Departments
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in Quality Systems
- Knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques
- Previous experience in ISO 9001 certification process
- Experience in automotive sector
- Strong organizational, planning and reporting skills
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Turkish)
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Flexible for short national and international trips
The following are not required but are a plus:
- German language
- Qualified with automotive development and quality process
- MS or PhD Degree
Job Description
- Lead and coordinate the quality systems certifications processes in line with the global standards and company guidelines
- Plan, coordinate and lead internal and external quality audits to maintain QMS compliance and implementation
- Define and document required quality procedures in cooperation with the departments and project teams
- Examine and evaluate QMS processes; monitor outputs as an auditor
- Ensure necessary work and preparations completed on time for internal and external audits
- Keep up to date for regulation changes as well as company quality plans to ensure full compliance
- Maintain quality related documents and databases
- Coach and give trainings to departments and project teams for developing skills and awareness of QMS
- Analyze current and future quality related procedures requirements and implement as necessary
