QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering,
- Min 2 years production experience, preferably corrugated board fields,
- Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
- Good command of MS Office,
- Strongly creative with an analytical mind, able to use initiative,
- Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
- Knowledge of managing the process,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably, resident in Eskişehir,
For our corrugated board and packaging Plant in Eskişehir, we are looking for an Production Engineer. This role will be responsible for:
- Manage the blue collars according to production plans and budgets,
- Controlling and improving the production performance, waste performance and raw material usage of the department,
- Cooperate with maintenance department for repairing the corrugator line,
- Budgeting the investments , maintenance etc.
- Manage the management systems as Quality, Environment, Energy, OHS etc.
