QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Experience in powder coating processes is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Improve profitability and productivity by optimizing production costs, processes and procedures,

• Ensuring coordination of raw material and consumables needs in machines according to regions in parallel with the demand plan,

• Ensuring the necessary production process actions with changing priorities in the production plan,

• Ensuring the processing of production actions and/or related production modules of materials in the ERP system as a requirement of the process,

• Tracking and improving KPI values,

• Participation in budget improvement projects in TPM processes,

• Ensuring that the planned production program is carried out in accordance with the processes and desired quality parameters,

• Organize the training of shift managers, operators and technicians working in the region, provide dispatch and management of employees,

• Ensuring employees comply with HSE rules,

• Preparation and development of work instructions for commissioning, operation and control of production units.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
