Qualifications

University degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Material Engineering)
Has experience in methods and processes of production
Preferably 2+ years experience in knowledge of blow molding technology, tooling knowledge, plastic welding process and related technologies
Preferably technical knowledge about hydraulic, pneumatic and automation systems as well as robot programming
Strong problem solving skills
An analytical mind with result oriented work style
Excellent command of written & spoken English
Strong communication skills
Strong business applications (Ms Office etc.)
Resident in İstanbul (Asya) or Kocaeli.
No restriction for travelling.

Job Description

Responsible for manufacturing the entire range of blowmoulding products according to production schedule and specification
Playing active role to improve OEE and to reduce the scrap, guiding the studies that increase efficiency of process, exercising to decrease rates of waste, lost and re-operation.
Preparing and analyzing process performance reports
Track Performance in production Lines lines for his/her responsibility for all shifts
Lead to the quality and productivity projects production lines for his/her responsibility
Analyzing problems and create permanent solutions
Take role / lead in implementation of global projects
Ensuring the manufacturing team has the technical capability to manufacture current & future products via training, coaching and mentoring
Participating to continuous improvement, lean production and cost reduction
Support production launch and preparation activities such as trial runs, part samples, run at rate and tool and manufacturing readiness.
Determines technical specifications for fixtures
Ensures completion of P–FMEA, process flow, control plan, work instruction and ensures all necessary resources (human, machine, floor space).
Responsible for production of first parts out of series production equipment
Ensure that finished products meet the company standards of quality and safety
